IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT - THE FESTIVAL HAS BEEN POSTPONED. Due to unforeseen heavy rainfall experienced over the past month and including the showers outlook forecasted for the next few days, we have taken the very difficult decision but to postpone the event. We are expecting heavy traffic and stress to the grounds. It is very important that we also consider the risk to the vendors, the contractors as well as the visitors to the festival. Another local event
near to us was cancelled under the same circumstances. Over the next few
weeks we have to monitor the situation very carefully and we hope to come to a
clear decision on a scheduled date.

THE-HIFF is celebrating WORLD STREET FOOD. PLUS OUR NEW 'THINK LOCAL ZONE" - celebrating the best in locally sourced products/suppliers and vendors. PLUS our 'SWEETS' - say no more!!
Resident DJ and live music everyday from 2pm. Friday night Jazz with Rebbecca Poole from 6pm. Outside bars and playground area for the little one's. All day entertainment, go to the film page, food page and kids zone to see the line-up.

27th APRIL (FRIDAY)
12pm-2pm is free entry for all businesses wanting to lunch and network.
All day river trips with our chauffeured Thames river boat. 12 guests per/trip.
7pm - 11pm is all about "Delicatessen" - fromage, champagne, garlic and french coffee.
28th APRIL (SATURDAY)
Starting from 11am is the live roaming Street-Food Demo with TV food critic - Richard Johnson.
From 12pm is family-day with the "Picnic Tea Party" and our very own jubilee street party in celebration of the queens birthday, all day kids theatre and free kids cinema throughout the weekend. 
2pm is all about Italy with "Big Night" - pizza & Tuscan stew.
7pm kicks off with cocktails & champagne with our celebration of Audrey Hepburn and "Breakfast At Tiffany's"
29th APRIL (SUNDAY)
Starting from 11am is the live roaming Street-Food Demo with TV food critic - Richard Johnson.
12pm starts with our celebration of all things "farmers" with "Fried Green Tomatoes"
At 2pm things go fishy with "The Fish Fall In Love" and seafood demos.
From 6pm it's all about the feast, the "Babettes Feast".

TV Chef, Broadcaster and Street-Food supporter -
Richard Johnson will be the Hiff's official food demo presenter. Richard will be roaming through the Nosh Cube (Peanut) on Saturday and Sunday presenting live food demos in the first ever roaming food demo exhibition. A writer of Street Food, Richard's passion for street food is his driving force and has published the book THE STREET FOOD REVOLUTION.

Daniel Galmiche will be at the HIFF for a special book signing on Saturday and Sunday. Daniel does regular appearances on the BBC food channel and is Head Chef at The Vineyard in Stockcross.

On Saturday, STAGEWORKS - HENLEY through Emma Jane will be conducting a food inspired workshop from 11:30pm - 15:00pm. Emma will be working on the classic OLIVER TWIST "OLIVER" with songs including Food, Glorious Food, Consider Yourself etc. All kids can take part in the workshop for free, whilst mum & dad watch and nosh away. The kids will then perform in the Peanut after the workshop. FAB!!!
KIDS films in our Vintage Cinema. 11am - 9pm everyday. Oliver, Bugsy Malone, etc. limited to 25 p/screening
Taste, smell, touch and interact with food with Slow Food UK in the TASTE ADVENTURE program with 5 interactive zones. 11am - 6pm everyday.
